1Nothing is shipped
Everprex is software you use online. We do not send any physical goods, so there is no shipping charge and no delivery to wait for.
2When the service starts
Your free trial of 14 days starts when you set up your shop. The assistant starts answering once you connect your WhatsApp Business number.
A paid plan starts as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment. Settings, then Plan, shows the date it runs to.
3If it has not started
If you paid and Settings does not show your plan, write to support@everprex.com with your shop's name and the date of the payment. A person will look at it.
4Deliveries your shop makes
If your shop delivers to its customers, those deliveries are yours. The assistant can take the order and the address, but we do not deliver anything and are not part of that delivery.
